ARCHITECTURAL INTELLIGENCE fringe event
Hardcastle Park sketches by Peter Richards
On Thursday afternoon, architect, urban designer and teacher Peter Richards will deliver a sketching workshop in Brisbane’s West End. He says “Sketching is a great way to carefully observe the place you are in and the way that people occupy that place. This workshop focuses on doing quick small, coloured pencil drawings as we move through an urban place to see how the qualities of place unfold. Techniques are explored to capture the essential elements and richness of the urban environment.”
PETER RICHARDS
Peter Richards is a South-East Queensland based architect, urban designer and teacher, and a Principal at Archipelago Architects.
