Booking note: Full Event ticket includes Main Seminar Day on the Friday as well as access to a fringe program of optional events on the Thursday and Saturday; these are designed to offer further opportunities to engage with the local area in a fun and relaxing way. Full event ticket holders have access to all fringe events at no additional cost.
Fringe events with a * next to them require delegates to register for an additional ticket for the purpose of managing numbers. Fringe event registration will become available closer to the event and full event ticket holders will be notified.

ACCESS INFO
Yarrayne / Guildford is a town on the Loddon River established in the 1850s gold rush, located 140kms north west of Melbourne and equidistant from the regional centres of Bendigo and Ballarat. The closest train access is 12km away in Castlemaine.
ACCOMMODATION
There is limited B&B accommodation available in Yarrayne / Guildford itself, with larger hotels and motels available in towns nearby.
RAA suggest Castlemaine based accomodation as this will be best placed for the Friday dinner as well as Saturday morning site visits.
Note that Castlemaine accommodation will be best placed for Friday dinner and the first Saturday morning fringe events.
