The Saturday morning program of fringe events will include a site visit to the grounds of Crosby Architects’ development ‘The Paddock’. There we will be guided by the members of the owner’s corporation who manage the cluster housing development in Castlemaine and will speak about their experience of living there.

THE PADDOCK

The Paddock by CROSBY architects is a 27 unit cluster housing development in Castlemaine, which won the 2025 Australian Institute of Architects Vic Chapter The Allan & Beth Coldicutt award for Sustainability. It also won the National Architecture & Design 2025 Sustainability Award in the multiple residential dwellings category.

Notes:

  • This presentation and workshop will take place on the afternoon of Friday 12th March in Guildford, following the Hepburn Energy Tour.

  • Fringe event registration (including for this event) will become available closer to the event and full event ticket holders will be notified. Full event ticket holders have access to all fringe events
