WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

The ACA, in collaboration with the Regional Architecture Association (RAA), is conducting a critical survey to gather your feedback on two key regulatory frameworks affecting architectural practice in NSW: the Design & Building Practitioners (DBP) Act and the NSW Planning Portal. Please share your insights to help improve these systems! 

This is your opportunity to contribute to positive change and help shape the ongoing development of legislation and digital platforms that impact day-to-day architectural practice and consumer protection.

We want to hear directly from practitioners who interact with DBP Act and the NSW Planning Portal. Your feedback will help us:

  • Understand how the current system is functioning in practice

  • Identify challenges and inefficiencies

  • Advocate for meaningful improvements and streamlined processes

  • Support better outcomes for both practitioners and clients

The survey will take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and will directly inform our advocacy efforts with government bodies and industry stakeholders.
