Roderick Wiles
Roderick Wiles is the Regional Director for AHEC Africa, Middle East, India and Oceania. He has worked for AHEC since 1999, when he started to assist the European Director in the London office. He was located in Singapore from 2010 to 2018 and is now based in Dubai, UAE, from where he is responsible for directing AHEC's programmes in Africa, the Middle East, India and Australia/New Zealand. While assisting in the running of activities in Western Europe, he was responsible for expanding AHEC’s programmes to Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and then into India, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Over the years of working for AHEC, Roderick has built up a wealth of knowledge on the global market for wood products and has developed a specialist skill in the international promotion of hardwood products.

Padraig Healy is a passionate sustainability consultant and Director at Credwell who brings a wealth of experience from both Ireland and Australia to any project he is involved with.
Paddy was amongst the first to become a NABERS Accredited Assessor for Apartment Buildings and has worked on numerous Section J Reports, JV3 Reports, BASIX Certifications, NABERS Certifications, and Green Star Projects for an array of building classifications.

Michael Barnes
Michael Barnes is an experienced Fire Safety Consultant with more than 30 years in the fire industry. His career includes 15 years as a multi-site Building Compliance Manager for a Fortune 500 company, where he oversaw compliance across a portfolio of more than 4,000 properties, and 10 years managing fire safety for the Sydney District Health Service.
Michael is known for providing honest, practical advice and for his collaborative approach to fire safety and compliance. Having managed compliance for large and complex property portfolios, he understands the challenges faced by architects, building owners, building managers, and project teams, enabling him to deliver solutions that are both compliant and practical.

Sid Kumaran is Viridian’s Technical Engineering Manager, providing technical support across Viridian’s architectural and façade solutions. With over seven years’ experience in structural and façade engineering, Sid brings extensive expertise in glass systems, compliance, and technical advisory. His strong knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code has been developed through roles spanning consulting, industry, and technical guidance.
Prior to joining Viridian, Sid worked with the Australian Glass & Window Association, supporting industry standards, technical guidance, and best practice across the sector.
