Once the day’s program at the Moonah Arts Centre wraps up, delegates will make the short stroll along Albert Road for dinner at St. Albi Bar & Eatery, a Moonah favourite for over a decade.

ST ALBI BAR & EATERY

St. Albi Bar & Eatery occupies a converted warehouse in Moonah, a former industrial shell of concrete panel walls and steel beams. The fit-out by Cykel Architecture organises this robust space into a series of intimate and individual areas for eating, drinking and cooking. The result is industrial in character but warm and welcoming: a spacious, vibrant interior with a dark, moody palette and striking lighting.

The kitchen serves a modern Australian menu built on fresh Tasmanian produce, with plenty of dishes designed for sharing.
